GENERAL RULES

Membership period is May 1 to April 30.

EVERY PERSON RESIDING IN THE HOUSEHOLD MUST BE A MEMBER.

Children who have not reached age 2 by May 1 do not require a tag.

Swim at your own risk when Life Guards are off duty at the Clubhouse beach.

The main/diving board beach and the Franklin Road beach are only open during the summer months, typically from mid-June through Labor Day. They are only open when staffed by lifeguards.

ICE SKATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Tags are to be worn whenever Members are on ILCC property. However, do not swim wearing tags.

Definition of a child is a family member 3 to 23 years of age.

Fair Share Upkeep Fee for all owned ILCC property to be paid with Membership Application.

NONMEMBER RESIDENTS OF INDIAN LAKE DO NOT QUALIFY AS GUESTS, ARE NOT PERMITTED ON CLUB PROPERTY, AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLUB FUNCTIONS.
FAIR SHARE UPKEEP FEE: Due from each residency within Indian Lake Community Club boundaries.
Household must be current on past fees to be eligible for membership.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
SENIOR: The rate is $150 for couples, $80 for singles. For a couple, the rate goes into effect when one of the adults is 62 or older by May 1.
SINGLE: The rate for a single adult is $250. (If two adults reside in household, both need to join).
COUPLE: The rate for a couple is $350.
CHILDREN: The 1st and 2nd child’s tags are $25 each. The 3rd and 4th child’s tag are $15 each. There is no charge for
additional children. Please note that children over the age of 23 are considered “Additional Residents”.
ADDITIONAL RESIDENTS: Those older than 23 who are not the primary residents of an Indian Lake home may be granted yearly membership at the rate of $80 each. This charge is in addition to the Membership fee paid by the primary resident(s).
SEASON BEACH TAGS: Available to children and grandchildren of members who do not reside in Indian Lake. This charge, listed as "non-resident child/grandchild" is in addition to the Membership fee.
HIGH POWER BOAT STICKER: Fee is $100. The maximum horsepower is 115 hp for outboards, and 130 hp or 3 liter for an I/O. The Boating Trustee must inspect boats new to Indian Lake. A copy of the current Insurance Certificate and NJ registration must accompany the Membership Application EACH YEAR. Noncompliance
will prohibit a boat from being used on Indian Lake.
LOW POWER BOAT STICKER: Fee is $50 for all electric and gas powered boats under 10 hp. All rules applying
to high power boats also apply to low power boats.
NONPOWER BOAT STICKER: Fee is $25. This includes rowboats, sailboats, canoes, paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks and inflatables. All boats on ILCC Property must have current tag. Boats left on Lake Landing must have current tags as of June 1st.
GUEST TAGS: Members may bring non-Indian Lake Residents guests to any Indian Lake function or to the beach.
Prepaid guest tags are available online and cost $30 for 10 for and $60 for 20.

If this is your first time joining the Indian Lake Community Club or you have not been a member for three or
more years and want to return, we would like to welcome you with a 10 percent discount on your
membership.
To Qualify: (1) you must contact the ILCC Membership Trustee for a discount code and (2) all past upkeep must be paid in full.
Senior members (those 62 or older) are not eligible for the first time member discount since senior rates are already discounted by up to 60 percent.
The 10 percent discount does not apply to the upkeep fee, boat registrations, guest passes, children registration, additional adults or capital fund contributions. The discount does not apply during the prorated membership period.
Membership at any time during the past three years disqualifies you for this discount.
