We currently have seven open positions, and we’d love to bring on community‑minded people who want to help make ILCC run smoothly all summer long. Beach Manager
Oversees daily operations across all three ILCC beaches, supervising and scheduling lifeguards, maintaining safety and facility standards, and ensuring smooth, well‑coordinated beach operations all summer.

Boat Patrol
Monitors lake activity from an ILCC boat, promotes safe boating practices, assists members on the water, and helps maintain a respectful, well‑regulated lake environment.

Dive Team Head Coach
Leads the ILCC Dive Team by planning practices, developing divers’ skills, coordinating meets, and fostering a positive, safe, and encouraging team culture.

Junior Lifeguard Instructor
Teaches ILCC’s three‑week Junior Lifeguarding Course for ages 11–14, guiding students through rescue skills, safety fundamentals, and leadership development.

Swim Lesson Instructor
Provides engaging, level‑appropriate swim instruction for children of all ages, ensuring safe, supportive, and confidence‑building lessons throughout the summer program.

Swim Team Head Coach
Directs the ILCC Swim Team by running practices, preparing meet lineups, developing swimmers across all levels, and building a positive, sportsmanlike team environment.
