2024 TRUSTEE MEETINGS

1/8, 2/12, 3/11, 4/8, 5/13, 6/10, 7/8, 8/12, 9/9, 10/14, 11/11, 12/9

 

In accordance with ILCC Bylaws, Article VI, Section 4 Paragraph 2, all meetings except conference and work sessions at which no binding votes are to be taken, shall be open in attendance to all members. 

The policy below outlines the rules for governing these open meetings.

 

ILCC Open Meeting Procedure

1. Open Comments Session

   • Each ILCC Trustee meeting will begin with an Open Session.  All members are invited to speak and deliver comments during this open session.

   • Each member in attendance will announce their name and street of residence for the minutes.

   • Each member will be allotted 3 minutes to speak, to be followed by Q&A from the Trustees.  Additional time may be allowed, if needed, at the discretion of the President.  

   • After each member has concluded their 3 minutes to speak, Open Comments Session will close.

2. ILCC Trustee Meeting Agenda

   • After the Open Comments Session has closed, the ILCC Trustee meeting will continue according to the agenda.

   • Members may attend as a listener.  Any comments or questions must be delivered to the appropriate board member afterwards.

3. Closed Session

   • In accordance with ILCC Bylaws, Article VI, Section 4 Paragraph 2, the ILCC Trustees may enter a closed session at the end of the meeting agenda to discuss those items eligible for closed section under the bylaws.

   • Members will be excluded from Closed Session discussion.
