About the Indian Lake Community Club - Re. Tax Status

While there are no tax benefits (to you), Indian Lake benefits in many many ways: Property improvements, water management, sports teams, sub-clubs, community outreach programs and ILCC sponsored events. Thank you!

* What is a 501(c)(7) Social Organization? A 501c7 is a social or recreational club organization that meets Internal Revenue Service criteria for tax-exempt status under IRS Code 501(c)(7).
