Good afternoon ILCC,
As President of the Indian Lake Community Club, I am writing to follow up regarding the recent letters that were sent to 13 homeowners about encroachments on property owned by the Lake Association.

These letters were issued to formally put homeowners on notice that improvements, structures, or personal property appear to extend onto land that is owned and maintained by the Association.

The purpose of this communication is not punitive but rather to ensure that all property boundaries are respected and that the lakefront areas remain accessible, safe, and preserved for the benefit of all members.
The Association has a responsibility to uphold the bylaws, property deeds, and environmental standards that protect our
shared lakefront.

We understand that in some cases, homeowners may not have been aware that certain features such as fences, retaining walls, landscaping, or other improvements, were located beyond their property lines. The notice letters provide an opportunity to address these matters cooperatively and in accordance with Association and local requirements.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we work together to maintain the integrity and beauty of our lake community. This was decided on as a board and was discussed at the annual meeting for those that were in attendance.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to keeping ILCC a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Sincerely,
Beth Tecchio
ILCC President
