Indian Lake Sports Indian Lake belongs to a local sports association called Hub Lakes. This includes 12 local lake communities which compete in 17 sports. The lake communities include Lake Arrowhead, Cedar Lake, Estling Lake, Lake Hiawatha, Indian Lake, Intervale, Lake Parsippany, Mountain Lakes, Rainbow Lakes, Rock Ridge Lake, Lake Telemark, and White Meadows Lake. The rivalry between these lakes has lasted for years and can provide for a lot of excitement and fun. The 17 sports and coaches for Indian Lake are listed below. Some teams are for adults, some for children, some for men, some for women, and some co-ed. If you are a Lake member you are eligible to play on these teams. You don’t have to be an athlete, these are for average people who just want to socialize, have fun, and get some exercise. To get involved call the coach of the sport you’re interested in or ILCC Sports Trustee Chip Reichhard.

Hub Lakes Track Practices will begin Tuesday June 3rd for all children 12 and under that are interested in participating in the Hub Lakes Track Meet. Summer track is a great, short program lasting only three weeks. We had more than 60 kids ages 4-13 competing last year. Since we don't have a lot of time, we would like some extra volunteers so that the children can keep moving and learning during the time that we have to work with everyone. There is no track experience necessary. Any Indian Lake teen who needs to do volunteer work this is a great opportunity to log some hours. It's fun, easy and outdoors. Practices: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30 at Morris Catholic High School Track beginning June 3rd. Ribbon Meet will be Tuesday June 17th 6:30-8:00 at Morris Catholic Track Hub Lakes Meet will be Saturday June 21st 8:00am-1pm at Mountain Lakes Track. All children that want to participate in the Hub Lakes Track Meet must attend some practices. All Indian Lake members who wish to participate in the adult side of the track meet, age 13-90 , please contact Lynn or Carol and let us know your age, and what events you would be interested in doing. Track is set up based on your age as of June 1st. All participants in the Hub Lakes Track Meet must be members of the Indian Lake Club.
