Junior Club Registration Form

The Junior Club will be selling Fun Weekend T-shirts.

They are Kiwi green with a blue splash.

Inside the splash is Indian Lake Fun Weekend 2008.

We would like to pre order them so that we can have them here for Fun Weekend

The cost is $10 and $12 for XXL
