Clubhouse Rental The Indian Lake Clubhouse is available to members only for personal rentals. The conditions under which the clubhouse can be rented are listed on the application. The application form can be downloaded and filled out, but applicants must contact clubhouse rental trustee Mark Kohler before submitting the application. Mark can be reached at 973-586-0736. Applications for the rental of the ILCC clubhouse are taken on a first come first serve basis, for dates that do not conflict with club activities (ILCC activities shall have preference over all other requests). It must be submitted to the trustee in charge of rentals no later than the first of the month proceeding the month of the date requested (All applications must be approved by the Board of Trustee’s).
